The municipality is not allowed to mention his name, but they say they were not planning to do so anyway. In a council letter, the municipality wrote that the name may be made public, but this must be corrected. Remarkably, the court itself does write down the man’s name in a subheading of the anonymous judgment. It is not known whether this is an error.
