The traffic accident occurred on road 650 north of Påskallavik, south of Oskarshamn, just before 1 pm on Tuesday. Police, emergency services and an ambulance were called to the scene. What caused the accident is unclear, but the police will now investigate the incident.
– The investigation must show whether anyone is suspected of a crime in connection with the accident, says Jimmy Modin.
The road was closed for about two hours, but is now open again.
Relatives have been notified.
