A person in his 40s has been slightly injured in an explosion outside a health center in central Helsingborg. During the morning, the person has been formally arrested and is suspected of gross destruction of public danger, the police write on their website. Two window panes were smashed and a small fire broke out in the premises as a result of the detonation. The alarm came shortly after 02:00 on Saturday night. Technicians have been on site and the site is still cordoned off. See pictures from the location in the clip above.
