The man was in an apartment when he was hit by shots and the police suspect that he was shot from outside, through a window.

Police spokesperson Patrick Fors cannot answer whether additional people were in the apartment and also does not want to comment on whether anyone has been arrested.

When the police got there and started searching for a suspected perpetrator, dog handlers found a suspicious object outside.
The site has been cordoned off and the suspicious object will be examined by the police’s bomb disposal squad.
– It’s a little bit away from there, but it’s largely in the same area, says Patric Fors.
The shooting was called in at 04.42 on Monday night and the police are now searching the area with several patrols in search of one or more perpetrators.
