– He is awake and talking but will be looked over by paramedics, says police spokesperson Sophia Jiglind.
Emergency services, ambulance helicopter and police have arrived at the scene.

A 15-year-old from Wuppertal, Germany, has been arrested on suspicion of having planned attacks against Jews, the Prosecutor’s Office in Düsseldorf says for Der Spiegel.
According to information given to the newspaper, he is said to have been urged by an Islamist from abroad to carry out knife attacks. They will also discuss possible targets such as festivals and Jewish communities.

The government wants to increase funding for road maintenance by 53 percent for the years 2026-2037.
The total framework for new investments, operation and maintenance of Sweden’s transport system is already known – SEK 1,171 billion.
According to Andreas Carlson (KD), this is a 27 percent increase in the framework, compared to the current infrastructure plan.
– It is a historic investment in infrastructure and the needs are great. You don’t have to travel many miles in our country to see that roads and railways need to be improved, says Carlson.
New in the infrastructure bill is how the 1,171 billion is to be distributed. Of that sum, 607 billion is proposed to be used for new investments in the transport system.
Approximately 210 billion go to operation and maintenance of railways and 354 billion to operation and maintenance of roads. According to Carlson, the money for road maintenance increases by 53 percent compared to the current infrastructure plan.
The Swedish Transport Administration has assessed that the money is sufficient to be able to remedy the entire backlog of road maintenance.
The appropriations for maintenance and operation of the railway increase the appropriations, according to Carlson, by 18 percent.
