A 32-year-old man from Wijk bij Duurstede has been sentenced to eight years in prison for involvement in large-scale drug trafficking and the reselling of stolen police information. The Utrecht court also finds it proven that he sold two firearms. The verdict is lower than the demand of the public prosecutor, who asked the court to sentence the man to twelve years in prison.
