The man, who has stab or cut injuries, was taken to hospital. He is seriously injured, according to Skåne Region.
“It was passers-by who found the man and called us,” says police spokesperson Patric Fors.
The police are classifying the incident as attempted murder. No suspect has been arrested.
The crime scene has been cordoned off for a technical investigation.
