– We received an alarm at midnight that shots had been heard at a place in Laholm and when we got there the man was found with a gunshot wound, says the police officer on duty Anders Wennergren, to the news agency TT.
It is unclear how seriously injured the man is, but he was conscious when he was taken to hospital.
No one has yet been arrested.
