A man who police say fired a pellet gun at Brant Crossing Skate Park while several children were using it has been charged.

Police were called to the skate park on Icomm Drive on Thursday at about 4 pm after receiving a report about an armed man. Police seized a pellet gun from a 28-year-old Brantford man who is charged with possession of weapon for dangerous purpose.

No injuries were reported.

Tracking device on wallet leads police to accused
