Officers learned an unknown man had allegedly taken a bicycle from the property and rode away. A short time later, a 48-year-old Chatham man was located and arrested.

The man was charged with theft with a value less than $5,000 and possession of stolen property. While being searched, he was allegedly found to be in possession of suspected crystal methamphetamine and fentanyl. He was taken to headquarters and released with a short date.
