Man evicted from his apartment – locked woman in storage

In the middle of the night, the neighbors were woken up by loud knocking from the house’s storage room. The disturbance call was called and the watch company received the call:

“Don’t ride this alone”.

Once there, the guards found a woman locked in a storage room. The police and emergency services were called and the woman was released.

How she got locked in is still unclear, but the woman states that she visited a man in the house several times. Immediately, a specific tenant was singled out.

Climbed in through the window

The tenant, an upper-middle-aged man, is said to have been involved in a series of incidents and the neighbors are fed up. According to them, it is the man’s friends and acquaintances who are the big problem.

The neighbors state that these people sometimes carry a knife and are masked, and they often stand and shout to be allowed in the house. At some point they also climbed in through a window in the stairwell. Another time they tore down the gate to the house. It is also not uncommon for them to try to prevent the gate from locking using sticks, stones and tape.

There are many indications that those who come to visit the man abuse alcohol or other drugs, writes Hem&Hyra.

Three visits a day

The man himself has admitted that his friends usually visit him three times a day, but without disturbing. He has also said that they always leave before 10pm – something that photos and testimonies from neighbors contradict.

Now the tenancy board has decided that the landlord has the right to evict the man.

The background should be that he “disturbed his neighbors for a long time in a tangible and pervasive way”.
