The assault took place a week and a half ago, on Friday afternoon, November 17. Two boys rode together on a bicycle along the sidewalk past the victim. When he said something about this, a conflict arose between the 64-year-old man and one of the two boys. The man was pushed and his head hit the pavement. Bystanders took care of the victim and the two boys ran off, police said.
