A man in his 20s has died after a shooting in Linköping on January 6. It reports Corren.
He was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries, but his life could not be saved.
– This also means that we reclassified the incident as murder, says police spokesperson Johnny Gustavsson to the newspaper.
So far, no one has been arrested and the police are investigating whether the shooting can be connected to ongoing gang conflicts.
The man is said to have been known to the police since before and was considered to have gang connections, the newspaper writes.
