On June 8 of this year, the man reportedly failed to attend his appointment. Attempts to contact the man were unsuccessful, Chatham-Kent police said, so a warrant was issued for his arrest.
The 48-year-old Chatham man turned himself in to police on Wednesday. He was held for bail.
Failure to wait short
On April 2 of this year, a man was arrested and released with a court date of April 22.
When the man reportedly did not attend on that date, the court issued a bench warrant, police said.
On Wednesday, the 21-year-old Camden township man turned himself in to police. He was released with a new court date.
Safety relief warrant
Police received notice on Wednesday that a safety relief warrant had been issued for a man.
That afternoon, police located the man on Talbot Street East in Blenheim.
The 31-year-old Blenheim man was arrested and taken to police headquarters. He was later turned over to OPP and transported to the South West Regional Detention Centre.
