The traumatized lions have been moved to a sanctuary in England after an international effort.
A lion male and three lion females arrived this month and joined the fourth lion female, which came as early as August.
The animals were abandoned by their owners when they were found near the front line.
“All these five lions are originally from the illegal trade in pets and wildlife,” says Cameron Whitnall, CEO of the Fristaden Big Cat Sanctuary.

Seoul: 3,000 North Korean soldiers to Russia
North Korea sent another 3,000 soldiers to Russia in January and February, according to South Korea’s military.
About 11,000 North Korean soldiers have already been sent to fight against Ukraine on Russia’s side, especially in the Russian course region. Among them, 4,000 have been believed to be killed or injured, according to the South Korean military intelligence.
North Korea is also said to have continued to support Russia and the Russian attack war with significant amounts of robots, artillery pieces and grenades.
