On Wednesday, the police received a call that two people, a man and a woman, had been found dead in a residence at Brynäs in Gävle.
When patrols arrive at the scene, this information can be confirmed.
– We have no one detained, but do not suspect that there is a third person who is involved in this, says Tobias Ahlén-Svalbro, press spokesperson at the police in Gävleborg.
The police are currently investigating the incident as two cases of murder. But the police are not actively looking for any perpetrators, but see this as an isolated incident, they write on their website.

The persons must have known each other.
