– It is one of the largest, historical investments in the municipality, but in recent years we have worked to get the municipality’s finances in balance and made a surplus to be able to manage this large investment, says Hans Unander (S) on the municipality’s website.
All parties except the Left Party voted in favor of the investment.
The planning of the new swimming pool has been going on since 2020. Construction is expected to start this summer and by 2024 it will be completed.
