The Malmo network Los Sueco’s leader Amir Mekky was first sentenced in the district court to twelve years in prison and life -life. He then admitted that he has handled 55 kilos of cocaine.
The prosecution applies to five cases of serious drug crime. He himself believes that it is one and the same drug party – 33 kilos of cocaine mixed to 55 kilos – and that it should therefore be counted as a crime and not five different crimes that the prosecutor claims.
Going on the district court’s line
However, the High Court makes the same assessment as the district court, that is, these are five separate crimes.
In the judgment, the High Court takes into account the prison sentence to which the 27-year-old was sentenced in Spain, as well as being arrested with restrictions for a year and a half and that he is expelled for life.
Initially, he was also charged with extremely serious weapons offenses, something he denied and for which the district court freed him.
Amir Mekky was the leader of a league on the Spanish Sun Coast, which in 2018 was suspected of contract murder and explosive attack. The league consisted of criminals from Malmö and came to be called Los Suecos.
