In Mali, at least fifteen people were summarily executed by the Malian army and by its auxiliaries of the Russian group Wagner. Violence is also reported against women. This happened between Monday, February 10 and Wednesday, February 12, in the circle of Goundam, region of Timbuktu. An area where the jihadists of the support for Islam and Muslims (JNIM) are present, linked to Al Qaeda.
