A malfunction at SOS Alarm made it difficult to reach the emergency number 112 for just over five hours on Monday morning. However, the error could be rectified at 7.30, the company writes in a press release.
Several of the company’s regional centers were affected, which reduced capacity throughout the country. In several places, the police urged the public to use 114 14 instead of 112.
SOS Alarm is investigating the incident further to analyze the causes and further measures, the press release states.
