Danny Barrio: He had very little work, but was unable to do anything in Okazaki’s final shot that blew away two points from La Rosaleda.
Victor Gomez: The level rose somewhat with respect to the last meetings. He served a called goal to Febas in the second half that Marc Martínez broke up with a great save.
Lombard: He generated some doubts in defense in the first half, but he was intoned as the game progressed and ended up curdling a meritorious performance.
Peybernes: The French central defender needed a game like this. Without errors and with several worthwhile interventions at a defensive level, although the final 1-1 did not accompany his good game.
Javier Jimenez: He did not lavish himself in excess in attack, but fulfilled at the defensive level. On him was the lack of Rubén Castro that invalidated Gallar’s goal with 0-0 on the scoreboard.
Jairus: He left a couple of nice details. It was not his worst game and he even raised the level compared to the rest of the season, but his contribution is still below what is expected of him.
Scarce: Another who improved performance and swept everything ahead of him in midfield during the match. He was alongside Okazaki in the tying action, though he couldn’t do much more.
Febas: Very good game from the midfielder, who provided criteria and was seen by the Cartagena area. Marc Martínez avoided his goal with a very good intervention.
Vadillo: His was the center from a set piece that ended in 1-0 for Málaga. He has more talent in his boots than he has let on so far.
Jozebed: He has been far from his level all year and had little influence on the game during the match. Even so, he contributed work in the core.
Brandon: Dark work and a goal that was worth gold until Okazaki crushed the blue and white victory. A much improved version compared to the last few months.
Hicham: When Málaga entered, they had already withdrawn their lines, they did not have any dangerous counterattacks and they hardly had the opportunity to participate in the match.
Antonin: Nor was he seen in the more than 20 minutes he was on the pitch.
Ramon: He came on in the 75th minute to tidy up and try to give the team more possession, but Málaga did not notice his presence on the field.
Chavarria: He came on in minute 83 and only gave him a yellow card and not win the aerial duel prior to Okazaki’s goal.
