What insider tip is we talking about? Reikon Games also published the 89 % positively rated ruin on Steam, an action shooter with isometric camera view. On Ruiner, however, the comments under the trailer on YouTube only indicate. A big mistake mean some:
Like Metal Eden, Ruiner offered a dark cyberpunk setting, but with regard to the gameplay, the new game is going on a different way.
Therefore, Metal Eden is reminiscent of Doom Eternal: You shoot from the first-person view, skip attacks and run along walls. In addition, you have a gripping hook to pull yourself up on edges, and a jet pack.
The protagonist Aska could go smoothly as the daughter of Doom Slayer and Master Chief, as skillfully and determined as she is tasting through her enemies. Finisher, as in Doom, does not seem to be expected. At least so far the trailer has not focused on it.
If you want to convince yourself of the game feeling, you also have the opportunity to do so from April 8, because then a free demo appears to be a shooter. Metal Eden will be released on May 6, 2025 for the PC on Steam as well as for PS5 and Xbox Series X | s.
