ICA Banken’s customers have problems logging into the app, website and Swish. But the problem with card payments applies to all bank cards.
The pharmacy chain Apotek Hjärtat’s stores are also affected by the technology crisis.
– We currently have technical problems that affect both web and app login, Swish and sporadic problems with card payment in stores, says Jenny Gerdes, Ica’s press officer.
There is currently no forecast for when the problem is expected to be fixed.
– We are working to restore functionality as soon as possible.
