(Finance) – As part of the treasury share purchase programme, Maire Tecnimont announced that he had purchasedbetween 19 and 21 March 2024 inclusive, in the aggregate 960,000 treasury shares (corresponding to 0.292% of the total number of ordinary shares), at the weighted average price of 7.135 euros, for a countervalue equal to 6,849,711.00 euros.
Following the purchases made, as of 22 March MAIRE holds 1,083,086 treasury shares.
On the stock market today, appreciable rise for the company active in plant engineering for the energy and infrastructure sectorsup 1.54% on previous values.
