The Social Democrats are making strong progress, and if there were an election today, 35 percent of voters would vote for the party, according to a survey by Statistics Norway released earlier this week.
Opposition leader and former Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson comments on the figures in Nyhetsmorgon.
– Opinion figures come and go, and it’s still on election day that counts, she says.
In recent years, the Social Democrats have lost some voters to the Sweden Democrats, and Andersson admits that her party must get better at capturing a specific group.
– We have to get better at getting LO men to vote for us, she says.
