Magdalena Andersson on the Left Party in government The voters

Nooshi Dadgostar is clear that V will demand ministerial posts in Magdalena Andersson’s government.

But when the prime minister is pressed about the issue, the message is much murkier.

– Now the voters will first have their say.

During the debate, a clear message came from Nooshi Dadgostar that V will demand ministerial posts to support Magdalena Andersson as prime minister.

– Of course, it is an absolute requirement, said Dadgostar.

When Magdalena Andersson is asked after the debate if V is welcome in her government, she answers:

– It’s funny that there are many people who want to sit in my government. But with that said, now the voters will have their say and then we will have to take responsibility for that election result.

“Worry waving of PKK flags”

– Personally, I think it is a little worrying that we have seen members of parliament for the Left Party who have sat and waved flags from organizations labeled as terrorists this summer. It’s not so good for government efficiency, she continues.

But you don’t close the door to the Left Party in your government?

– I say that that is not very good for the ability to govern. But I have been clear that I have drawn a red line, we shall not cooperate with the Sweden Democrats.

Is V welcome in your government?

– First we have to get an election result. But I will say that it is worrying that we have seen members of parliament waving PKK flags.

Commenting on the tax dispute: Low

During the debate, Magdalena Andersson and Ulf Kristersson smoked together when the property tax came up. Andersson accused the M leader of lying about S wanting to reintroduce it.

– The Moderates said that in 2014, we didn’t do that, they said that in 2018, we didn’t do that. I think it is low and not very statesmanlike to run the same old way again, because it won’t happen this time either, says Andersson.

Is that a promise?

– We are extremely clear that we will not raise the tax on properties.
