While three out of the thirteen candidates vying for the Malagasy presidential election have started their campaign, the NGO Transparency International Initiative Madagascar, which compiles information to estimate the candidates’ campaign expenses, denounced the enormous sums committed by the two major figures of this totally atypical campaign.
