In Madagascar, late in the morning, the police dispersed opposition rallies with tear gas grenades. At least ten injured were recorded, including three journalists and at least four people were arrested. The collective of 10 candidates had announced that they wanted to take the emblematic May 13 Square in the capital, the site of all the country’s historic political shifts.
