Lotta Harala won the high hurdles, a disappointment for Hurskee in the WC general

Lotta Harala won the women’s 100 meter hurdles in a slight downwind (+2.2 m/s) with a time of 12.88.

– Super good feeling! I thought beforehand that I haven’t won a single race this season. Now it came! The beginning was not the best, but the end was good. Two weeks until the heats of the World Championships, it’s really nice to go to Hungary, said a happy Harala.

Reetta Hurskee, who finished fifth, had difficulties during the journey and her time dropped to 13.14.

– Unnecessary bumps and the balance was lost in them. I am by no means satisfied with this, comments Hurske.

Hungary’s Luca Kozák was second in the race, Jamaica’s Crystal Morrison third and Britain’s Jenna Blundell fourth with times 12.92, 13.00 and 13.03.

In the B category of the 100-meter hurdles, the top three set their own records. The Danish duo Mathilde Heltbech and Emma Beiter timed 13.09 and 13.22, and Vilma Mäki, who came in third, clocked 13.39.
