The council reflected on the rather sudden departure of councilor Lot van Hooijdonk (GroenLinks). Mayor Sharon Dijksma mentioned a number of milestones: the tram to De Uithof, the first environmental zone in the Netherlands and green bus shelters. “If you take a step out of the front door here, you will see Lot’s hand,” said Dijksma.
