“But it’s still not evenly distributed,” says Hedy. “Almost all women – especially mothers – work part-time, almost all men work full-time. And then we still have a pay gap. Women are paid less than men for the same work. You pursue a goal and as long as that is not achieved, we will continue the fight.”
