A committed poet and intellectual, Lyonel Trouillot, born in 1956 in Haiti where he still lives today, is the author of numerous novels, all of which have received critical acclaim. Journalist and professor of French and Creole literature, he founded and leads the writing collective Atelier Jeudi Soir in Port-au-Prince. He has just published two collections of poetry “Moi/Mwen” (bilingual French-Haitian Creole edition) and “Malséance” with a preface by Laurent Gaudé, published by Atlantiques Déchaînés.
