Skytten is a retirement home for those who both have their own kitchen and can go to a dining room. Del now also has a Sami room to stay in among the public areas.
– We also have a TV where the year of the reindeer can be followed, says Marita Stinnerbom, who was a big part of the design.
The Sami colors are included, reindeer antlers and, in addition, a custom-made cabinet by the cabinetmaker Birgitta Ricklund.
There were plenty of people at the opening during Sami week last Wednesday.
– We already work a lot with Sami food, so to have now also created a Sami room feels great, says a satisfied Marita Stinnerbom.
