A labor law investigator was connected to the LVU case in Älvsbyn to investigate cases of suspected deficiencies and inaccuracies in connection with the care of the three children.
The deficiencies were serious enough that the investigator recommended the municipality file a police report.
Älvsbyn municipality will not, however, investigate possible misconduct. The overall picture is that responsibility lies at several levels in the organization rather than with individual employees or decision makers
– The responsibility exists at several levels in the organization but can be summed up in the fact that the conditions for doing a good job for individual employees have been lacking, says municipal manager Anna Lindberg.
