LVMH Belloni steps down as CEO and will become President

(Finance) – Toni Belloni – in total agreement with Bernard Arnault – ceases his duties as general director and president of the group’s executive committee LVMH and leaves the Board of Directors the day after the general meeting scheduled for 18 April 2024.
The French luxury group communicates this, explaining that Toni Belloni will continue to maintain functions within the group. He will be in charge of some strategic missions alongside President Bernard Arnault and will be appointed President of LVMH Italia.

After discussions with the Governance and Remuneration Committee, Bernard Arnault has decided to entrust the operational functions carried out by Toni Belloni to Stéphane Bianchi: consequently, he will chair the Group Executive Committee and, together with Bernard Arnault, will strategically and operationally supervise to the Group’s Maisons. He will also lead the Presidents of the geographical divisions and the Digital and Data transformation of the Group.
