(Finance) – LVenture Groupa Venture Capital holding company listed on the Euronext Milan market, has announced that Antonella Pischedda, CFO and Manager in charge of preparing the company’s accounting documents, has resigned his duties resignation effective starting November 16, 2023 to face a new professional challenge.
The company will promptly initiate the selection process for identifying a successor of the same profile, and will communicate the name at the same time as the appointment, we read in a note.
