(Finance) – LVenture Groupa Venture Capital holding company listed on the Euronext Milan market, has announced that CONSOB has approved the information prospectus relating toadmission to negotiations of the maximum 111,005,452 ordinary shares of LVenture that will be issued to service the exchange of the merger by incorporation of Digital Magics.
The aforementioned LVenture shares will be traded on Euronext Milan in the same way as the issuer’s ordinary shares listed on the date of the Information Prospectus and with the same ISIN code IT0005013013.
