LVenture, Banca Finnat cuts target price and confirms Buy

(Finance) – Banca Finnat decreased a €0.43 per share (from 0.50 euros) the target price up Venture Groupholding company listed on the Euronext Milan market, confirming the judgment on title a Buy. Analysts highlight the growth in revenues from service activities dedicated to startups (with a particular focus on Open Innovation), but also underline that “the exits made up to now have unfortunately recorded multiples that are still not particularly satisfactory“. “We expect greater incisiveness in output”, reads the research.

In the forecast period 2022-2025, Banca Finnat now estimates that i revenues may be able to rise from the final 6.35 million euros for 2022 (from the previously estimated 9.05 million euros) to 15.8 million euros in 2025 thanks to a greater development of all the main services, growing capital gains from exit, starting from 2023, as well as revaluations at fair value of the shares themselves.

The Net income is estimated to grow from a loss of €1.1 million at 31 December 2022 (from a profit of €1.1 million previously estimated) up to €6.3 million at the end of 2025.
