Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko wants to host peace talks between Ukraine and Russia.
Minsk is ready to invite US, Ukraine’s and Russia’s leaders for negotiations to reach a war, says Belarus dictator in an interview with American influencer Mario Nawfal.
– You are welcome. We sit down here and come to an agreement quiet and calm, without fussing, without screaming.
– So tell Trump: I’m waiting for him here, along with (Russia’s and Ukraine’s presidents) Putin and Zelenskyj.
However, Lukashenko does not want to act as mediators, he emphasizes according to state -controlled Belarusian Belt.
In the interview, which was recorded on February 27 but was published on Wednesday, Lukashenko Donald Trump commemorates.
“Trump does a very good job,” he claims.
– His efforts to end the war should be recognized. Peace seems to be his only foreign policy. Brilliant!
Lukashenko has not talked to Vladimir Putin about the matter, he says.
– But I know him well. Putin did not think it would be such a great war.
