Luka Doncics loss to Slovenia in the Olympic qualifiers

Luka Doncic starred Slovenia lost to Croatia 92–108 in the men’s Olympic basketball qualifiers in Piraeus, Greece. The third team in Group A is New Zealand.

Doncic, who led the Dallas Mavericks to the NBA finals, scored 26 points with 23 shots, grabbed 11 rebounds and provided 10 assists. Klemen Prepelic scored 19 points for Slovenia.

Croatia’s power trio was shaking Goran Filipovic (21/4/6s), Dario Saric (19/10/10s) and Ivica Zubac (18/8/5s).

In the A group played in Valencia, tournament host Spain crushed Lebanon 104–59. From the winners, every player succeeded in scoring.

The best of Spain were Santiago Aldama (17/9), Usman Garuba (15/8) and Jaime Pradilla (14). The third team in the group is Angola.
