The German airline Lufthansa reported on Thursday that the company’s profits fell 18 % last year compared to 2023.
According to the company, the downhill was due to the strikes, rising costs and delay in aircraft delivery, which reduced the company’s return from the downturn caused by Pandemia.
Lufthansa generated a profits of EUR 1.38 billion last year last year. The company’s net sales were up to EUR 37.6 billion, which is six percent more than in 2023.
