In 1996, in his first four months as a professional, a 20-year-old Tiger Woods climbed 401 places (from 434 to 33). 23-year-old Ludvig Åberg has in the same time in 2023 climbed a whopping 856 places – from place 914 to place 58.
This week Åberg is at the PGA Tour event in Los Cabos, Mexico. It will be the first time a competition on the PGA tour is played on a course designed by Tiger Woods.
