LP Kangasala did not allow Kuusamo to celebrate the Game Bears, but stretched the women’s volleyball championship for at least one more match. Kangasala won the fifth final played in Kuusamo 3–1 (21–25, 25–6, 25–22, 25–22). The wins for Kuusamo are 3–2, when four wins are required for the championship.
One of the things that affected the result of the match was that Kuusamo had to leave the match without the first pass. Jalisa Trotteria, which has so far been an important piece of team play. The reason for Trotter’s absence has not been told, but he was playing in his place Venla Huurne.
