The sentence is considerably lower than the demand of the Public Prosecution Service, which demanded community service of 240 hours, a suspended prison sentence of six months and compensation of 5,000 euros. The court believes that because of his intellectual disability the man should be sentenced under juvenile criminal law, and not under adult criminal law as the Public Prosecution Service wants.
