Louna Kasvio eighth in the EC finals – Brannkarr swam

Louna Kasvio, who is swimming in her first adult competition, missed the time she swam in the morning in the final.

I swam handsomely to the final of the 400-meter medley at the European Short Course Championships Lunch Vegetable was eighth in the final with a time of 4:39.73. The European Championship will be held in Otopen, Romania.

In the morning heats, Kasvio improved his record by two seconds with a time of 4:37.89. It would have been enough for the seventh place in the final.

World champion and Olympic medalist Antti Kasvion daughter is taking part in the adult competition for the first time.

The British took a double victory in the competition. Abbie Wood won the European Championship with a time of 4:27.45. Swim for silver Freya Colbert. The bronze was taken by an Irishman Ellen Walshe.

Ronny Brännkärr swam a new Finnish record of 23.85 in the semi-finals of the 50-meter backstroke. There was not enough time for the final, Brännkärr was 14th in the semi-finals.

The Finnish men’s and women’s 4×50 meter freestyle relay teams are still participating in the finals of the evening.
