(Finance) – Moody’s raised its credit rating by Lottomatica to “Ba3” from “B1” with a stable outlook, while the opinion on the probability of default is “Ba3-PD”.
The decision – explains a note – comes after the completion of the IPO and the consequent repayment of debt for 500 million euros.
