(Finance) – Gamma Intermediate begins the placement of 16 million Lottomatica shares, representing approximately 6.4% of the share capital of Lottomaticathrough a private placement through an accelerated bookbuild procedure.
At the end of the Placement, Gamma Intermediate will maintain a direct stake equal to 61.8% of the share capital of Lottomatica.
Gamma Intermediate has accepted a 90-day lock-up for its remaining Lottomatica Shares, subject to a waiver by the Joint Global Coordinators.
The Placement is aimed at eligible institutional investors. There will not be a public offering in any country.
The final terms of the Placing are expected to be announced tomorrow, 18 January 2024 at the latest. Settlement for the Placing is expected to take place on or around January 22, 2024.
