Lottomatica avoids sales assists from accounts and revised guidance after

(Finance) – The performance of is aiming decisively upwards Lottomaticawith a percentage change of 1.89%.

The first quarter accounts and the update of the guidance following the acquisition of SKS365 contribute to assisting the shares compared to the weak performance of the Italian market.

Lottomatica closed the first quarter with revenues to 440 million euros, up 16% compared to the first quarter of 2023 with a normalized payout, and with a Ebitda rectified equal to euro 149.5 million (up 23% on a normalized payout basis).

Guidance for fiscal year 2024: Revenues equal to Euro 2,020-2,065 million and Adjusted EBITDA equal to Euro 680-700 million. Includes 8 months of SKS365 contribution; Implied Adjusted EBITDA for SKS365 for fiscal 2024 of approximately Euro 80 million, compared to Adjusted EBITDA for fiscal 2023 of Euro 72 million (approximately 11% year-on-year growth in revenue and Adjusted Ebitda).

Comparing the performance of the stock with the FTSE Italia All-Shareon a weekly basis, we notice that theleading company in Italy in the gaming sector maintains positive relative strength in comparison with the index, demonstrating a greater appreciation by investors compared to the index itself (weekly performance +2.67%, compared to +1.56% of theItalian stock index).

On the contrary, in the short term, there is an improvement in the positive phase which reaches the most immediate resistance seen at 10.87 Euros. Support estimated at 10.64.
