Lost Ark postpones next class by 2 months because it’s too sexy

Leksand extended the winning streak beat AIK

Actually, a new class should appear in Lost Ark (Steam) every 2 months. After the conjurer in December, the next one won’t come until April 2023. The supposed reason for this is curious, because you have to put pants on her first.

What’s the next class? Since the summer, the MMORPG Lost Ark has brought a new class to us every 2 months. In November and December, our version even got 2 new classes, the reaper and the summoner.

But this high frequency seems to be over for the time being. Because the roadmap for 2023 makes it clear that the next class, the artist, will not come to us until April. Furthermore, the roadmap explains that you still have to adapt it to the western market.

Artist has skins that are too revealing, needs more legwear

Why is she shifting? In terms of gameplay, nothing should change about the longed-for new support class, but it has to dress up more on the outside:

  • Skins with skirts that are too short should wear shorts underneath
  • other skins are to be expanded to include tights
  • other skinn simply get longer pants
  • These changes are not well received by the community at all, although this isn’t the first time this has happened in our version.

In January the witcher comes to Arkesia:

The Witcher is Coming to Lost Ark – New Trailer Shows Why It’s a Real Fit

Several problems come together, community is angry

Why is the April release annoying? According to the roadmap, Arkesia will be empty for the next few months. Besides the Witcher event in January and the new PvP continent for the 1st birthday in February, there will be no new content in the near future.

In April, the next class and the next raid start at the same time, which many fans don’t like. Many say they would have liked the artist to release in February or March, for a number of reasons.

The artist looks quite childish, so she shouldn’t be dressed scantily like in Korea, according to Amazon

What are the reasons? For one thing, the artist has been one of the most requested classes for the MMORPG since the release of Lost Ark. In Korea she even broke records. Many fans therefore assumed that she would come to Arkesia for the one year anniversary and are now disappointed.

It is also criticized that the new class will appear together with the next raid. Many fans are waiting for the artist to make her their new main. If she came to us before the next raid, there would be time to prepare the class for it.

So, the fans criticize, you first have to fight your way through the raid with another class if you don’t want to lag behind. This bothers a lot of upcoming artist mains.

“For some reason they think moving the artist would make sense”

What are the fans saying? Of course we would like to give the community a voice at this point and are sharing some quotes from fans who are dealing with the problem. They come from a large reddit thread that collected over 650 comments in 3 days (via reddit).

  • DaxSpa7 says: “I’m so upset that the new class is coming back with the next raid. Bringing the artist earlier, in February for her birthday or even in March would have been SO good.”
  • iHEARTeuyyoug writes: “They really postpone class because they have to put their pants on, I’m laughing my ass off.”
  • Firedown31 says: “It’s insane that the artist isn’t coming in February. Then people would have had time to prepare their characters for the new raid. Now they have to wait even longer to get into fixed groups. That’s just stupid.”
  • MeatHook96 writes, “Hopefully they have some cool events lined up for the 1st anniversary because for some reason they think postponing the artist makes sense. I don’t know where they get this data from, but that’s going to annoy a lot of people.”
  • What do you think of the decision to postpone the artist until April? Do you agree that otherwise she would be dressed inappropriately for the western market? Feel free to write it to us in the comments, here at MeinMMO.
