(Tiper Stock Exchange) – L’Oréal acquires Aesop, the luxury cosmetic brand owned by the Brazilian Natura & Co, for 2.5 billion dollars.

“With a strengthened financial structure, Natura will be able to focus its attention on strategic prioritiesespecially our investment plan in Latin America,” he says Fabio Barbosa, the managing director of Natura.

Aesop currently has 400 stores across the Americas, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Asia and generated revenues of $537 million last year.

On the square in Paris the title theORAL deals with a modest progress of 1.45%.

The movement of cosmetic giantduring the week, follows the trend of the CAC40making the title strongly influenced by the reference market and less by news concerning the company itself.

Technically, theORAL it is in a strengthening phase with a resistance area seen at 418.2 Euros, while the most immediate support can be glimpsed at 415.8. At an operational level, a continuation of the session under the banner of the bull is expected with resistance seen at 420.6.
